Ekkisens is an artist-run space located in a former apartment in the centre of Reykjavik that aims to promote the work of emerging Icelandic and international artists. From 5th – 10th September 2016 Ekkisens hosted a short residency by five artists associated with Two Queens.
Now three artists closely associated with Ekkisens, Freyja Eilif, Nina Oskarsdottir and Katrina Mogensen will undertake a week-long mini residency at Two Queens culminating in a short exhibition of newly developed works.
