Fridays, 1-4pm, at Two Queens
Every week from 23rd January onwards
Two Queens Creative Wellbeing group is a series of free, hands-on drop-in sessions, aimed at local creative people – no booking is required, and they are open to everyone who feels they would benefit from taking part.
These sessions run as an open access studio, with space and equipment to work independently on your creative projects, socialise with other artists and creative people, and as usual enjoy a cup of tea! Each month special ‘workshop’ sessions take place, in which we explore a particular process or medium. Details of these workshop sessions are announced here and through our social media.
No booking is required, and there is no pressure to attend every week or all of every session, just drop in whenever you would like to. It is free to take part, and all materials and light refreshments are provided. Materials we can provide include: paints and brushes, drawing materials, collage, badge maker, basic relief printing equipment, terracotta clay and glazes.
This project is made possible by public funding from The National Lottery through The National Lottery Community Fund and Arts Council England. A budget to support the participation of those with access challenges and people on low incomes is available. Please email info@2queens.com for more information.
