Claire Davies – The Ummm Series
Performance, 5-6pm
For The Ummm Series Claire Davies will introduce a new performance work involving her encounters with specific and often mechanical sounds. Brought together in an on-going collection of moments, these sounds generated an uncontrollable internalised reaction resulting in the repetition of the sound in that moment in time. With a belief that this mass of sound still exists within, Davies will identify these moments in time and attempt to bring the sounds from her body.
