Come along to Portrait Club, Monday nights at Two Queens 6-8pm!

Fun and informal life drawing sessions where we explore a different theme or technique each week. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced artist, this event is open to everyone with an interest in art who wants to improve their drawing skills. Basic materials are provided but please feel free to also bring your own.

For the April 2025 block of sessions, we will focus on some key elements of figure drawing in each week, through a series of quick exercises and longer studies. These sessions will be led by Leicester-based artist Jagjit Kaur (instagram @without_looking)

Tues 8th April: Faces
Tues 15th April: Hands
Tues 22nd April: Feet
Tues 29th April: Full figure

Please note, these life drawing sessions will be with a clothed model. Light refreshments are provided. The sessions involve drawing at an easel/drawing board, and can be carried out seated or standing.
