Two Queens Creative Wellbeing group is a series of free, hands-on drop-in sessions, aimed at local creative people – no booking is required, and they are open to everyone who feels they would benefit from taking part.
Each week we plan a fun, easygoing creative activity, but there is no pressure to produce an expected outcome, or attend every session – everyone is welcome regardless of whether they are keen to make something or just to stop in for a chat and a cup of tea.
Winter 2024 sessions will run on Friday afternoons, 1-4pm from 1st November to 20th December. More sessions will be announced soon for Spring 2025.
Activities planned for this block are:
1st Nov – Drawing and Painting (Session cancelled due to staff illness)
8th Nov – Cyanotype
15th Nov – Ceramics
22nd Nov – Riso Print
29th Nov – No Session
6th Dec – Ceramics
13th Dec – Collage
20th Dec – Drawing and Painting
This project is made possible by public funding from The National Lottery through Arts Council England. A budget to support the participation of those with access challenges and people on low incomes is available. Please email info@2queens.com for more information.
